ElevateCart Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at ElevateCart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please read our comprehensive return and refund policy below.
1. Overview
Our return and refund policy allows for returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. After 15 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Intimate Apparel: This includes underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and other items that are typically worn close to the body.
- Items Marked as “Final Sale”: Items clearly marked as “final sale” on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return or refund. This is usually indicated with a clear label.
While not typically applicable to apparel, we maintain the following for completeness:
- Gift Cards: These cannot be returned for a refund.
We understand that sometimes items arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we will assist in resolving the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.
3. Items Eligible for Partial Refund
In the following cases, we may issue a partial refund:
- Items with obvious signs of use (e.g., heavily worn clothing, shoes with scuff marks).
- Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
4. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team here to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
5. Processing Your Return
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. This process typically takes 7 business days.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
- Rejection: If your return is rejected, we will notify you and explain the reason for rejection. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days, depending on your payment method.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account and credit card statements again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank. There may be processing delays.
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us here.
8. Sale Items
Most sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above. However, some sale items may be marked as “final sale” and are not returnable or refundable. Please check individual product pages for details.
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. For different items, please place a new order.
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
11. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping method for valuable items. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
